Is Hotel Fjordkroen handicap friendly?

The restaurant is - except for a few steps at the entrance - easily accesible. Room 1-7 and the suite is on the ground floor - and also easily accesible. Unfortunately we have no ramps for the stairs to the upper floor, but we will be as helpful as possible for our guests.

Are there stairs and elevators on Hotel Fjordkroen?

There are a few stair steps at the entrance, as well as a stair to room 8-15 on the upper floor. There are no elevators.

Are the rooms hypoallergenic?

Partly. Our bed linen is washed in fragrance-free detergent and the soap, which is available in our rooms, is also fragrance-free. We recommend that you call us, if you have a serious allergy.

May i bring my pet to the hotelroom?

No, it is not allowed to bring pets to your hotelroom. Though it is allowed to have your dog at the outside area of the restaurant.

Is public transport available when going and leaving Hotel Fordkroen?

No, it is not currently possible to take public transport directly to Hotel Fjordkroen.

Are there a bed for small kids in the room?

No, it is not possible to rent a bed for small kids in the rooms. There is however a possibility of adding an extra bed surcharge.

Are there minibar in the hotel rooms?

Yes, and it is possible to buy small beverages in all the hotelrooms.

Is there a tv in the hotel rooms?

Yes, and there is cabel-tv in all the rooms

Should i bring my own linen?

No, we provide our guests with both linens, towels as well as slippers.

Is there free Wi-Fi in the hotel rooms?

Yes, we provide our guests with free Wi-Fi in all our hotel rooms, as well as the restaurant and other common areas.

Is it allowed to smoke in the hotel rooms?

It is not allowed to smoke inside, but it is allowed to smoke outside on the terrace, balcony, as well as the restaurants outside area.

Fees and policies

What cleaning- and hygiene measures is introduced at the moment on Hotel Fjordkroen?

We use desinfectant to clean the rooms. Offently touched surfaces gets cleaned with disinfectant between each stay. Linens and towels is washed at 60 °C. We take actions to secure safe distance, guests are offered hand sanitizers, and cashfree payment is available for all transactions.

Should an accident occur, you can cancel your order up to 48 hours before your stay - without any fee - by contacting us via phone.
